I took out a 6 month lease with Nichols Associates for a flat in Livingston. This was my first time renting and I was apprehensive having heard so much from friends about landlords who are never around and don’t return deposits. I’m pleased to say my experience renting with Shona and her husband Mike was nothing like the horror stories I’d heard.

Throughout my time renting Shona was always available to answer questions and help with any problems I had. The flat was clean, well maintained and the introductory meeting to the flat was great idea. It was obvious Shona cared for not only the flat but the how we all got on together and whether we were enjoying living in the flat. She worked to maintain a friendly, professional relationship and was very flexible to my personal situation.
