Application Form

To apply and reserve one of our properties you can:

• complete an application form at the property viewing and lodge it with our viewing agent together with your reservation deposit or
• email your completed application form to us after the viewing and pay your reservation deposit in to our tenant deposit bank account or
• apply online by going to the properties section, selecting the property you like and clicking on the "Submit Application".

Once we’ve received and acknowledged your completed form and reservation deposit we’ll stop other viewings of the property whilst we check your references.
