This may sound petty, but when you realise that most of our landlords invest considerable personal savings in the purchase & preparation of their rental property and that all our tenants just want to create a safe, secure & personal home for themselves, then our hands-on processes become vital.

Shona’s background and expertise as a Chartered Marketer ensures no shortage of tenant applications whenever one of our properties becomes available. She manages all of the advertising & most of the viewings personally, maintaining our high track record of achieving near constant occupancy across our property portfolio.
Mike Harrower
Partner & Maintenance Manager
Mike's career history firstly in Architecture and then in Facilities & Building Management has allowed him to develop a wealth of experience in building maintenance and contractor management.
We help all our landlords to maintain their properties to a very high standard and that encourages all our tenants to keep them that way.
